good morning
i had a really bad night yesterday . i couldnt sleep coz of my sore throat and my nose block ,and i just had a bad insomnia i didnt sleep til 4 am i woke up at 8. and now am at work coz i have a saturday shift i barely made it to here and i have no idea how will i spend this day
i really wanna take something to wake me up a little bit but i dont drink coffee because it makes me nervous . do i think i will take some orange jus
tell me how was ur night and what are ur plans for today ?

This night,i ate the noodles with boiled eggs,and drank the cold water.Suddenly,i have the Agony in stomach,it feels like some knifes are cutting and twisting in my intestines.After an hour,i finally get over.But then i poop in my underwear just like infant,it's really a very very bad night.I hate this

@sokina i had bathed,tomorrow i'm gonna welcome my uncle's family,they're going to visit us.so today we clean our house thoroughly.now i'm watching the American Drama"Narcos",it's been a fine day.Thanks for your careness.

Hope you are feeling better now. I didn't sleep well last night either. So, I woke up today with a slight headache. Good thing, the pain went away after having my lunch. I went out with the family to celebrate my aunt and uncle's birthday then we went to church to hear the mass afterwards. Before going home, we went to Landmark to do some grocery shopping.
