What kind of Exercise do you prefer to do everyday

Exercising everyday is one of the most necessary part of our everyday life. Not exercising can lead to various health issues in the long run. Diabetes, obesity, heart diseases have become rampant today due to lack of physical activity in all age groups.
I try to exercise at least 5 to 7 hours every week. Mostly go to the gym and do various activities like weight training and cardiovascular activities Although I like to go for short treks and hikes, I don't get much time to do that nowadays. How do you guys exercise. How much exercise is ideal for everyone according to there age group ? Share your views

I do not exercise everyday but when I do I exercise first for my shoulders and then my own exercises and also do some walking too.
