Hello friends of Mylot, I touch this topic because of my experience in Colombia and the multiple experiences I have had over these 8 months, I have discovered important changes in many aspects of life, you even value the least It happens in daily life. That is why I have considered that traveling brings enormous benefits for our mind and body that helps us to be even better people, among them those that I observe after my return:
- Change mood
- Improves interpersonal relationships with society and the family
- Reduces stress
- It fills you with energy
- It helps you to think differently and to undertake new projects
That is why I invite you to travel and explore other cultures so that you can experience a more attractive return for your lives. You like to travel? Answer and leave your opinion

@edevis18 yes it is. Haven't had the time or resources in recent years but I hope to travel again some day.

That's another place I'd love to visit, Nepal. Been to Australia twice, love it!

@CarolynP777 We live in the west. Most people seem to go to the east coast first. Did you get to the west at all?

@JudyEv unfortunately no only the east. Hopefully I'll get back down someday and see other parts of the country.

This is 100% true. If given a chance, I would love to travel to different parts of the world like Maldives, Iceland, Paris-France, Bali-Indonesia, South Korea, Rome-Italy, Vatican City, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, Switzerland, and The Netherlands to experience their culture and tradition. I have been to Hongkong, Shenzhen-China and Macau. But that was already some years ago.

Love to travel. I agree it does expand and open the mind, and I believe the heart as well. Especially when we experience other cultures.
