How do you choose your bread?

There are so many types of bread available I find it complicated to choose one. White bread, brown bread, milk bread, wheat bread, multivitamin bread, fruit bread and probably a million more. How do you choose your bread.

I do like bread especially in the morning with my cup of coffee. I like toasted bread with butter. Although I also like sandwiches and cheesy bread. I am not a fan of cinnamon bread or anything that is too sweet. I want my bread to be warm to taste, creamy, tasty and yes, healthy would be really nice as well. But sometimes, I still prefer white bread over wheat bread.

@pitstop Yes. It's easy to get wheat bread nowadays. I guess our bread manufacturers/ makers are making a lot of healthy counterpart for their white bread. From local suppliers to international ones like Gardenia. We also have this simple bread here in the Philippines called pan de sal, and sometimes bakers here at our city add some vegetable bits to them called Malunggay bread. Taste the same though. And it's best eaten with my coffee. By the way, we don't only eat bread during breakfast, we also have tons of different tasty bread for snacks.

@pitstop white bread, or bread with cherry. And it's not about when I'm happy or sad. I choose bread whatever i feel like at that moment.

I don’t really like bread but if I am picking normal slice bread I pick ones with grains and whole meal. Just because it’s more diet friendly. For flavoured bread I like coco breads and peanut breads :)

@pitstop It’s a brown bread made from flour from whole wheat. It has higher fiber than white bread and has more nutrients as well.

Here in the Philippines there is one bread I don't get easily get bored of eating. It's Pan de coco, it is stuffed with cooked coconuts inside. A good combination with your coffee.

I try not to eat bread too often because it can be fattening and I'm trying to diet (though not very successfully haha) but when I do buy bread I just buy what's on sale. Also Publix has this really great seed bread that I crave every so often.

We buy soft multigrain. It's slightly better than white bread I guess and we like it.

I eat white bread mostly. But, if you have to choose your bread to lose weight, then brown bread is the best.

I am not interested in weight loss. I've heard brown bread has health benefits.
