I know it’s probably not the cheapest by far in Asia, but I was impressed to find that a bucket of vodka in Kao San road night market for just 90 Baht or around 3 AUD. In Australia 1 glass would probably cost me 13-15$. Now I know why I don’t have savings. I spent it partying and drinking

It's very expensive in Australia, I know that in Italy you can have it for 5$.

5$ for a glass or a bucket? It is indeed very expensive. I’d rather drink at home than pay that overpriced glass

@flapiz If you want to drink outside with friends you cannot bring your bottle.

@LadyDuck I had a friend who sneaks in with a flask just so she can have a free drink. But I cannot do that cause it will be so embarrassing if I got caught.

Why? Because I drink or because I’m young? At the moment I cannot party so much as I live in a mountain in the province.

@moffittjc Well some days I can be really outgoing and some days I’m just lazy and lethargic

@sol_cee You’ve got lovely long straight hair. If you ever try it please go to a reputable salon. I’ve heard and seen a lot of people having damaged hair after the process.

It certainly depends on the brand and quality of the vodka. When we order it out, I always ask for certain brands. They range in price from $12 - $15 US per glass.

Well that Aussie price I mentioned was for standard not too expensive brands. Like a big bottle of absolut is at 50$ plus the mix would be 5-10$ so if I decide to mix my own drinks I’m pretty sure I’ll get more than 4 glasses of vodka considering it’s diluted. Woah drinking in the US is more expensive. Considering that your money has more value than AUD. Which brand of vodka do you like?

@DianneN Oh I haven’t heard of “Tito”. I don’t think it’s in Australia. I’ll have to try and find that here in the Philippines as “Tito” means uncle here in the Philippines I miss drinking out with friends. Not so much action here in the province.

@flapiz I love Tito! Of course, it's always less expensive to make drinks at home, but it's more fun drinking when out and about with friends.
