First Day of October

Lots of change in the air as October rolls in this fall. Not a lot of cooler weather but still a change can be felt. Changes are hard to deal with at times. I am trying my best to take my own advice I have given others. Roll with it. whatever happens, whatever you are feeling, just roll with it. It will all be ok. Take deep breaths. That helps.
My PTSD rears its ugly head so often it seems, especially during change. But I will continue taking deep breaths and enjoying the fresh air. And I will just roll with it as I tell others to do. Happiness and peace are what I seek.
Do you have a problem taking your own advice sometimes?

Yes you are right, that's why I never give any advice to others. I mean I don't like when someone advices me on most of the occasions , that's why I don't give advice to anyone. I mean everyone had his or her unique kinds of problems. What applies to us may not apply to them. That's why it is better to never advice anyone, I guess it's better to share your experiences with others , if they feel like learning from your experiences then the purpose is served. :)

@CarolDM That's true , I agree with you on that, if someone asks for your advice you need to give it

Oh yes I certainly do. I am all good at trying to advise others, but for myself, I am a mess.
I do love this month though, it is my favorite in the whole year.
I just want to get moved anxious about that and waiting on others to get their act together.
Sorry to hear of your PTSD, I too have it so can empathize with that.
Blessings for you this month Carol.

Just roll with it sounds like good advice. Sometimes I need to do that myself.

Sorry, I am not like the others. I give advice its because I do it myself.
Being a caregiver I practice what I preach and I am no fragile flower. Just yesterday I had the old fat man out walking with me again. I am up to 15 laps per day and he is back up to 3, yesterday he told me to go ahead he wanted to walk slow, I did.
Instead pf 3 laps he did 5 laps. I was impressed and said so, he told me I was in his head telling him he can do it, that he can do whatever he wants, he does have the power.
Yes you have ALL that power. So feel as you want to feel, you can do whatever you you want.
Oh you are new here, Tony has stage 4 lung cancer, in remission for the 2nd. time. Estimated time to live 2 years. He has lived 2 1/2

Perhaps more difficult as one becomes older.
