28 Days to Make or Break a Habit

My dear friend is always saying how in 28 days anyone can make or break a habit. Apparently, it takes the human brain 28 days to flip-the-script for a better quality of life, I hope, or worse. Anyhow, this method has worked for me and it will work for you to. Just start and be patient and understanding to yourself. Baby steps people, baby steps. I wanted and needed desperately to change the negative way I was talking to myself into more positive, fruitful thoughts. Law of attraction is a LAW, remember? Self dialogue = your reality. Careful what you say to yourself. What habit(s) do you need or want to change in your life? Willing to do the work? Really the question is, willing to think the right thoughts? You can do it!!! I believe in you!

Long before people were talking about the Law of Attraction, there was at least one book I read on cognitive therapy. I believe it was called "Telling Yourself the Truth". I found it very helpful.
