There is a saying that Everyone may have been a child before, but not all have been adult. Old age is inevitable. Someday we shall all get there, as the case may be. A happy old age constitutes, in my understanding, peaceful and healthy mind, body and soul. Plus social and economic security.

@GovindaB As we grow older,we should be mature.I,for one, have come across people who are old in age,but are childish.

@GovindaB You are mature if you know what to do when,if you don't get swayed away by emotions,if you know when to stop arguing and if you know what to/not to expect from others.

There are plenty of people who never stop being children, however old they might get!

The gray old days is inevitable indeed. We are becoming one everyday, I think we must enjoy every now, every memories in order for our old self to smile whenever we look back to our past and make some nostalgia... We can proudly say "I've done my part..."

That's very true. The body may perish in old age, but memories never die.
