Hitting the Scale at 75kg

I bought this digital weighing scale two years ago. It’s been rarely use but very useful when every one of the house want to know their weight.
Base on my body mass index, still a bit overweight. I need to work on this excess baggage which is a bit hard to maintain. It’s very easy to gain weight but not to lose it. We need to do a lot of effort to achieve that goal— perseverance please.

On weekdays, I am on a diet. On weekdays, I eat whatever I want to eat. And I walk a lot. This is how I manage my weight.

@ZedSmart Yes. It is very difficult sometimes to resist eating a lot during weekdays, especially when you see people around you eating large servings of food.

in 2016, i was down to just 48 kgs. then i regained--- 50, 51, 52, 54, then 56 kgs.
last month though, i lost weight and now i hit the scales at 50 kgs. i do not like this, so now, i am having my voracious appetite back. i want to be 56 again

@ZedSmart i think it is better if the fats we have is changed to muscles.

I think we should maintain with the ideal weight range. Back then, I'd tried to lose more weight but my colleagues and acquaintances did not like the result. I did not look good because they said I'd better with my old physique which is the same today which is a bit overweight according to my BMI.
