A 30-minute walk a day

Taking a walk is a good chance to keep doctors away. It's the most simple exercise we can do to maintain our health. It helps us lose weight, de-stress, lower our blood pressure and reduce our risk of many chronic diseases.
It is said that taking a walk for just 30 minutes a day is enough to get its benefits.
I always walk to and from work as my office is only 500 m away from my house, plus I also walk to market every morning and do house works by myself , so I think I already take a 30 minute walk a day everyday, even maybe more than 30 minutes.

I am over weight. but I always plan to have a walk after meals and or before bed time but laziness embraces me.
