Cattitude

I took this shot with my D3200 Nikon, the image is a little blurry because neither of my pets would hold still. I tried. LOL

Oh yeah, Boobear does have cattitude. She loves to sit close to Ally and start grooming herself and as you can see Ally isn't all that thrilled about it. I think Boobear does this just because it really does annoy her, or is this a sign of kitty love? What do you think?

It's hard to say, but I think if she starts grooming Ally it is kitty love. I was watching a video of a cat and dog sleeping close to each other..the dog farted and the cat got mad and started swatting his head!

Ally does not seem really excited, but this is a sign of kitty love.

Cats can also be a danger to wildlife @LadyDuck they prey upon birds as well as mice and other small mammals which is why I keep mine indoors.

@rebelann I know that cats are predators, but those here around are all too well fed, they do not capture birds, Willy tried to capture lizards, but I always grabbed him and say "NO", finally he left them alone.

@rebelann Animals are funny, I am glad to live in a place where cats are free and I can enjoy the different cats of my neighbors.

I love the photo. Over here, Beau Teak has been jumping up with Sally dog when Sally is snoozing in a comfy chair. Beau just wants to snuggle but Sally abhors the idea of snuggling with a Siamese. No way! Sally then jumps down and yup, Beau has gained himself a soft chair.

. Kitties do whatever they want, when they want, and where they want. Poor Ally! What a great photo! We had a dog that would whimper, because our Siamese rubbed against his legs asking him to feed her breakfast before we awoke.

I don't believe a cat cares one way are another. Cats will groom whenever they please.

Usually that's true @RubyHawk but I think most of my cats have owned their dogs.

Maybe it is kitty love. One of our dogs follows the other one around so much, the older one sometimes growls at her!

I'll bet it gets really interesting sometimes. Have either one of them ever been around dogs?

Probably a bit of both. I've got two cats - Ollie and Dusky. Dusky (female) has cattitude in abundance. She nudges brother Ollie away from his food bowl so she can eat his before starting her own and whacks him over the head every now again but then she likes to cuddle up with him and take walks with him across our local animal sanctuary meadow too.

Yeah, that is definitely the feminine side of cattitude. I've been smacked by my kitty for no reason as well, it just gets my goat that she'd do that.
