This was cooked by my daughter. It is our favorite Korean noodle. Eating it is a bonding time for us. It's noodle is so smooth and delicious. It is very, very spicy. We wish to go South Korea. My daughter has a list of places to visit there and food to eat which includes the Black Bean Noodle and Kimchi dishes. I hope one time we can go but I am intimidated by their subway system which looks complex. I hope to find time to schedule an appointment for passport.

What brand of instant noodles is that please? It seems delicious. Good thing we have now at least 3 Korean restaurants here in our province. So, we also get to eat a Korean dishes, whenever we feel like eating one.

@yoalldudes Neoguri. I will look for tha in the supermarket. I am not a fan though of instant noodles. They seem to taste like cartons already.

I love instant noodles,.although we have a limited range in the UK. I imagine there is a great variety of them in your country.

Mostly instant noodles. Since the popularity of Korean culture from Korean dramas, Korean beauty products, Korean noodles have been available in the market. There are a lot of local ones mostly chicken beef and seafood noodle.

@yoalldudes We have some in the UK which try to emulate ramen, etc, but the most widely sold is a Golden Wonder product in a variety of flavours called Pot Noodle. You just pour on hot water and add a flavour sachet. I once saw an overseas student buying about 15 of the chicken ones at once in a convenience store. I remember wondering if he had any idea of how different they are from the noodles he'd get at home.
