Happy Monday morning. I just want to share you this sliced ripe guavas added with white vinegar and sprinkled with iodized salt that my sister prepared for the 2 of us.
Although I prefer guavas that have hard meat yet, these guavas are fine because there are no worms eating the fruit.
I won't take much too; I might have loose motions and I will have my duty this afternoon.
Come, let's have some guavas.

So, how's the taste? We have a guava tree and there are lots of fruits already. Might try this.

haven't you tasted a piece of guava yet? these are sour with the vinegar but they are yummy for my taste.

@ridingbet Of course, I have already eaten a guava. What I am asking about is the taste of guava dipped in vinegar. And since you find it yummy, I will try it. Thanks.

@bluesa yes, and not very ripe. when the guava is still hard to bite on, it is better

yes, i like the guavas that are still about to ripen. those that can be bitten with crunch. i do not like the softened ones due to getting overriped.

@just4him thank you. my sister prepared again some guavas in half, and added vinegar and powder pepper.

the pink to reddish meat of the guava shows it is already ripe.

i think the guava you add to the 'sinigang' is not so ripe, am i correct? or do you prefer the ripe ones?

me too. if there is a guave fruit that is soft, i can just pluck it, and wash, and eat it even without salt or vinegar.

no, they were picked from the tree by my sister, washed and sliced them in half, and added white vinegar and iodized salt. i had much of that, and good thing i did not have borborygmus.

Ripe guavas and vinegar, the best partner and its mouth watery.
Hmm, I thought you're not going to make discussions today and will have 2 day off.

I didn't say I won't make discussions. I just want to have 2 days off here. Is it bad to share the ripe guavas?

No, don't get me wrong. Just asking. And the ripe guavas are deliciously sharing for.

i believe they are tropical fruits and they can be found anywhere here in my country. even at the roadsides, there are guava trees.
