Stress

I've been incredibly stressed recently and I've tried meditating and drawing but honestly, I just don't have enough time. :( I wish life was easier but it's everybody's burden to have to work day in and day out. Hopefully work will slow down since it's nearing the holidays but that's kind of what I'm stressed about. If i don't have enough work in the offseason that might make me somehow more stressed than I am with a pile of work. How can I relax?

so sorry to heard this.Mediate is one.Find a quiet place and do this.Five or ten or more minutes.

I find prayer helps and to let God know of my anxieties and concerns.

A friend of my mine told me that stress is just a state of mind. If you think of it as a stress you'll definitely be stressed. But if you don't, then you win. It's really difficult to not think of stress but your really have to manage yourself. Try to treat yourself for a massage. It definitely helps me a lot.
