Why is it that no matter how busy I am with my work it always makes me sleepy? To the point that I had to stream a video on my phone, just to keep my eye distracted sometimes.(It does not badly affect my work though)

You need to get enough sleep and also make sure to have some coffee to boost you.

unfortunately coffee makes me palpitate. Whenever I drink coffee nowadays my heart always beat's fast and stronger to the point that I cannot breath properly sometimes and my hands will have a slight tremor.

Do you get enough rest and sleep? How about your eating habits? Are you more on sweet? What's your age? If you suspect that it's no longer normal then I think that it's time for you to have a trip to Dr's clinic. They would advise you to undergo some lab tests to determine what's the cause of that.

Maybe you don't get enough sleep at night. It's okay to take some break in between your working hours, especially if you are working from home. But do you use time tracker while working?
