One of the most exhousting part of your sleep is sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. This happens to me sometimes and it is really frightening, some say it is because the presence of "evil". But science says it is a sleep disorder---your mind wakes up,but your body does not.

whenever this occurs there are several times that i attempt to get off to bed but it just feels like something is pulling me back same with my eye, I can see the surroundings clearly but cant really fully open it, and when I get exhausted I just keep my self calm for a bit and take a deep breath and get my self together and make a huge movement. That way I am able to escape from it,

but if I woke up from it theres is always a chance that I couldnt help it and close my eyes and there I go back again from sleep paralysis. That is why if this occurs to me, I never go back to sleep again. or sometimes in the middle of the night I just have to get a glass of water then back to sleep again.

I'm sure you've seen a doctor regarding your disorder. What was his advice?

yes I do have a normal work schedule. This still happens to me since I was in high school. But I never got to see a doctor though.

@joeyaj I suggest that you go see a doctor so you will know what to do or what medicine to take to control the disorder. Meanwhile, have the normal number of sleeping hours and perhaps eat the right kind of healthy food.

I've had it quite a few times and it's very distressing to go through it. I haven't got it for a few years now and hopefully willl never get it at all again.

I've read one of your previous discussions where you said you're a virtual assistant. If so and if you're a VA to a foreign company or individual, then this could be one of the causes of your sleep paraylsis are you natural and normal cycle of sleep has been distorted because you work at night.

How is it? I heard you feel like there is a monster in the room. Or like someone is going to kill you and you can't move.

@m_audrey6788 That's terrifying sometimes I think what would I do if it happens to me. I will probably be praying too. I hope it doesn't happen to you ever again.
