Late night jogging

I look out of the window and every night even beyond 10 pm there are a handful of people jogging to try and stay fit. Is jogging this late in the night before sleeping a good option? Is it healthy and safe? Do you do it?

No I never go for jogging. As per my knowledge jogging is good in the morning only which helps you to remain healthy. The people who do jogging at night I think they just want to be getting tired and can sleep peacefully at night.

I can`t jog late at night because firstly, It`s really cold outside and I don`t feel like going out night time too dark for me to enjoy the jogging

Sometimes it rains, but it's rarely too cold to run or jog.

When I was working at the army before, we used to go jogging by 6 PM to 10 PM, it feels so good after, and because you feel tired you can have a long rest and a good night sleep.

I also do a short evening walk on most days with my wife and child. It's refreshing and not tiring.

@pitstop I am trying to get back to walking again after I throw out the garbage but there are weird people out early in the morning so do not take a long walk.

I think it is safe for your body but depends on your neighborhood if it’s physically safe.
