It's been a month since I decided to quit smoking.

I can't say it was easy, especially since I get addicted very easily and have a very hard time letting bad habits go. I used to smoke a pack per day, now this past month I only had one or two cigarettes per week.. It's been very difficult to smoke none at all and I slipped a few times, but that's still a huge improvement for me.
For the next month I intend to not smoke at all, not even one, no matter how stressed or frustrated I become.
Any advice on how to make quitting easier?

That's wonderful. I wish that I could give you some pointers but I'm a smoker as well, even tho I can make a pack last 3 days. I tried to do the vape thing and don't get me wrong it does have some good flavors but it was just not enough for me.

@Annaelle Yup, like when I started vapeing it just wasn't the same after a meal or when I would wake up in the morning. But I'm glad that you are doing so good at this.

Be determined and if you are a person who prays, then pray! You can do it!

I've never used it to try to quit...I thought about quitting once but then I remembered that quitters never win...but I have found that nicotine lozenges help in places I can't smoke. Work, the movies, airplanes, bars, restaurants...Well, just about everywhere now...I can get through a nine-hour flight without any problems, so they might help if you're actually quitting.

Good to hear that you want to quit from smoking. And you are improving every month. You can take nicotex to get rid of it.
