How to lose weight effectively?

My weight has grow up since I became a real estate planner.I wanna lose my weight ,but it is very hard.I just eat a little vegetable and fruits,and event do not eat dinner ,but my weight does not change.I feel very demoralized. I do not know how to lose weight effectively.Do someboby willing giving me some advise?

You can walk/power walk for 30min/day. It's slow but effective

I think diet plays a very important role in weight loss. So keep it healthy. Never skip your breakfast. Exercise at least thrice a week. Do weight training, it helps a lot. Drink lots of water. Keep your metabolism good.

For me, I just eat less carbs food and have a daily walk after eating dinner

Do exercise. It's effective in losing weight and to keep you fit.

Do proper exercise and pranayam everyday. Drink one glass of water with honey and lemon in an empty stomach in the morning ( Luke warm water)
