I just went out to day to buy a product from a supplier's boutique since I was doing a buy and sell little business. Its just about supplements such as collagen capsules ans glutathione capsules and IV's. I travelled for 4 hours and it was really sunny while I was in jeepney and even when I got off. I was using an umbrella and made sure that I had enough sun protection for my skin. When I was done I went to the mall and ate my favorite passport shawarma and lemon juice. Then I decided to travel back home as its already getting dark. I arrived home around almost 8pm. I got a severe headache and I already knew it was a migraine that I got from the brightlight of the sun. I took paracetamol, a very mild analgesic but it didn't help. So I put some liniment and massage my head it help a lil bit but did not completely relieve my headache. I can't even go online as my headache gets worse. My boyfriend sent me a prayer (that's how sweet he is). Then I decided to take a shower, thats my last resort and thats very effective. After I am done showering the headache subsided and now its totally gone. I don't know whats the connection but everytime I take a shower my headache always get relieve. How about you guys? Who among you here experience that kind of headache where in you feel like there's a heavy pressure in your eyes as well?

oh I see, i think there are people who are sensitive like me. Because I get a headache when I am in an extreme temperature, whether its too hot or too cold.. Even drinking a very cold water sometimes gives me a brain freeze.

@mayrah So true. I think also the sudden change of weather affects our brain function. Then, headaches

If you had an umbrella how was the sun a factor?
Maybe heat rather than direct sun?
I've got something in the back of my eye that is defective so I can't go out in bright sunlight without being ill.
My mum said I was a vampire

@Mike197602 Yeah I think thats a good idea mike, however here in the Philippines even the rainy season still becomes sunny sometimes.. hahaha. It wasnt summer anymore but still hot. Maybe I could just go very early in the morning or later in the afternoon when the sun is already setting..

@mayrah maybe it's heat rather than sunlight.
I work in a kitchen and in summer the heat is terrible and I get headaches even when not in direct sunlight.
Maybe just try to not go out so much at the hottest times of the day.
