Hello everyone. Happy Friday! I hope your day is off to a good start. I was woken up to a flash flood alert 10 minutes before the alarm was set to go off so that was fun. It is 62 degrees F and raining here at the Jersey Shore.
Today will be a pretty basic day. Work, of course, like pretty much all normal adults do during the week and then I'll hit the grocery store on my way home. The shopping list is mostly fresh vegetables but I'm sure I still won't get out of the place for less than $125.

I woke up 30 minutes before the alarm this morning. Since I was awake, I went ahead and did my PT exercises and then let the dogs out. Shortly, I will finish getting ready for work and head out. I have no solid plans for this afternoon and evening.
