This morning as I sat on my couch looking outdoors I saw the first sign of Fall. Across the street peeking over the roof of my neighbors house, there it was... the first of the orange leaves.
I was thrilled. Yesterday early evening the tree was filled with green leaves, today like magic, some of the leaves are a brilliant orange.
I love the changing of the color that Fall brings. The cooler weather can't be too far behind. The air becomes crisp and pure and the trees show off all of those beautiful colors.
It is supposed to be humid and hot today so I am enjoying the fresh air while I can. I am sending prayers to all of those people who have been effected by Hurricane Michael. The devastation was horrible and it has effected so many people.
How is the weather where you are?

It's a chilly 51 here in Southern California, dawn is just breaking. We got a little rain from Michael, I have friends in Pensacola that were not affected much. Just some big waves and high winds. Not much damage was done. A lot of them are heading down to Panama today to help out.
