What do you do for a healthy cure to insomnia

DO you ever experience extreme insomnia when your mind fails to close and let the subconscious take charge so that you can sleep? What is the natural and safe means of eradicating this problem?

I used to have insomnia issues. But ever since going on psychiatric medications, starting in 2000, I haven't had nearly as much problems getting to sleep. I haven't had a sleepless night in almost ten years.

Over the counter Melatonin in the vitamin aisle works for a lot of people.

There are only a few times a week when I can't fall asleep. I go to bed a stay in bed till I fall asleep. The worse thing one can do is get out of bed.
