A good job is hard to fijnd

Recently, I find it hard to find a good job that would accept you if you didn’t get a degree from college. No I am not talking about fast food places, libraries nor grocery stores. I am talking about business corporations or any good that makes a good salary. I feel like you could be a hardworking student that had excellent grade but if you didn’t go to college and graduate with some type of degree then managers and hiring people don’t seem to take you seriously. What is your opinion on this topic? Are you experiencing this same thing?

It’s hard for sure. Especially thinking of how much we value bachelor degrees but in the workforce they often want some type of experience or a masters degree. What kind of work are you looking for?
