Valid ID required

I was about to log in to my paypal account when suddenly a window opens asking me to verify my account with a valid ID either Passport or Drivers license which I don't have both.
I tried uploading a valid ID here in our country but failed.
Are there some of you who has thos kind of trouble and how do you fix the issue?

I had to upload and ID picture to them and had no problem with it, but always be careful and call them to see if they can help you that way.

@twentysix76 That's all I have is a state ID and they took it with no problem.

That happened to me about two weeks ago, I called paypal turned out I needed to change password. But be careful sometimes it's a scam.

I have change my paypal pasword earlier but same thing happens when I log in again. :-(
