Tuna!

Alright, I have to say something. As a person who likes tuna fish, especially tuna salad, or even tuna salad ON a salad, I don't understand why anyone would use "chunk light" tuna instead of the "solid white albacore" variety. Chunk light. It even SOUNDS nasty! Can anyone enlighten me?

So....do you have to include mayo when you eat tuna? I'm curious.

@stanws Real mayo, I hope? I was raised on the fake sweet stuff. Now that I am an adult I make my own mayo with a real egg.

Unless I am using some other dressing, yeah, I'm a mayo person! :) On a sandwich, its mayo in the tuna salad AND on the bread!

@sallypup I TOTALLY AGREE! My parents brought us up on Miracle Whip. Real mayo is *sooo* much better, in my opinion.

Yeah...I just developed a preference for albacore in water. I lean toward Bumble Bee. :)

Maybe it is because it costs less.

For sure! But. B...b...b-but!... :) In all seriousness, of course the cost is an issue. I have eaten Ramen noodles on several occasions, and so I'm not trying to come off snobbish. I just totally prefer solid to the chunk variety.
