it just seems a bit strange to me that she is acting like that knowing that her all night partying ways could work against her in court. for pete sake she just have a baby like few months ago

I think that it is okay, as long as she is keeping her children with responsible people. I'm sure that now that she is free, she wants to be able to experience everything that K-Fed kept her away from for a while. Also, she must be happy that she isn't pregnant anymore, and she looks good again!

I agree, and who better to been seen with than that spoiled snotty Paris Hilton?? OMG, they are are very unlikely pair!! I hope she is really considering the impact this will have on her custody hearing.
