About PSN game account problem on PS4

My PS4 has two accounts registed under Hong Kong version, and both have PSN members. One is the new account i recharged a new 3 months membership from The other is the old account. with previous membership games. The membership is almost to expire. i am wondering when the old member expires. Can i continue use new account to play the previous old account member games?
