Problems with flying

I travel often by plane. Till now I was very lucky and I didn't experience any problems apart from ears pain. Did you have any problems while flying?

In the olden days when flying was bumpy, I would throw-up every trip. Now that flying is so smooth that never happens anymore - thankfully. Its so smooth now it doesn't bother my ears anymore too.
