You need zn activity. Try running, its good to run when you're feeling liw. Try 5 kilometers then make it 10k then 21 kilometers. You sweat and you sweat those feelings. You also realize life is beautiful when you almost consumed your strength and you keep on running.

Oh see, then I guess you have the moment that all of your physical strentgh are gone and the only thing that keeps you going is your spirit and determination to move forward.

@ilocosboy yes and that is bothering me nowadays. I am tired all day and just want to sleep and eat.

yes I talk to my neighbourhood friends in the morning and evening meanwhile in the afternoon I work at home.
