someone attempteed to sue me but it dint even make it to court..ive never tried to sue anyone

Ah the joys of being a Landlord to those who do not pay rent! Yes, I finally had to go to court to have people removed from a house we rent. After many months of not paying rent we had no choice. Especially after we were informed by the renters they were not leaving!
