Dreams are not real. They are said to have no meanings. People are just the ones putting meaning to it so they get scared.
I used to dream of scary things and happenings. I get nightmares. Hubby would always wake me up if he hears me moan as if I am already so tired of running,. He is a light sleeper.
I get nightmares when I sleep with a heavy stomach.
I was told by the alternative doctor of my father before, that in order not to have nightmares and a heart attack, drink a glassful of water before you lay down to sleep. And that is so true indeed. Because since I am doing that, I don't get nightmares anymore.

I will emulate that. But I hope that I won't be waking up every hour to pee! Hahaha

There are plenty of stories - in the Bible and elsewhere - about people being told things in dreams and then acting in accordance with those dreams when they wake up. However, there are very good psychological explanations for such occurrences, based on the fact that dreams can only be generated from within, except in those instances when you are half-awake and half-asleep and the dream and reality get mixed up with each other.
