Bondi Beach, Australia

We were given just a few minutes to spend time at this gorgeous beach in Australia. Gorgeous because it was spotless and when we arrived the beach was empty and that added to the serenity of this placid beach.
I have been to many beaches but never seen any beach as clean as this.
It was difficult to imagine that by the evening this very same beach would be packed with beachcombers and swimmers in their swimwear.

But when we visited there was not a soul. You can imagine how it looked at that time.

@allknowing I could. Florida beaches are even prettier in my opinion and kept pristine. We love going early before anyone gets there to have the beach to ourselves.

@DianneN I have lost count of the number of beaches that I have spent time on especially here in India Goa has several of them and I have visited every single one of them. I visited Goa also in the rains and that was the best experience I have had.
The Coco Kay beach in Bahamas has white sands - yet another beautiful beach.

I clearly remember other members in the group had already left to get into the bus and there I was all alone seeping in its beauty until I heard the bus horn (lol)

Who can forget the white sands of Bahamas!!! But the Bondi beach is vast

They I believe clean the beach every fourth day - every single piece of garbage is picked up.

I was at Gold Coast as well but this was included in our package. I have visited Bangkok as well and remember those beaches too.

I think I would try to find one a bit less crowded. I think OZ has many beautiful beaches.

They must be cleaning it when it is empty. I have seen the empty beach - so serene and peaceful

@PainsOnSlate We have a couple of beaches close by and I go there specially when we have guests. But they are not maintained as well as the Bondi Beach.

Ah, wonderful. I have never been, but have watched the lifeguard show that is shot there. I would love to go!

Wow! It looks jampacked with people already. Well i hope people would try and leave the beach as clean as they met it. I hope they don't throw plastic in the ocean.
