Liberals and Conservatives

I'm listening to a show on NPR and there is this discussion going on about the alleged differences between these two ends of the political spectrum. SUPPOSEDLY: Liberals are freer and messier. Conservatives are wound tight and neat. Liberals like jazz. Conservatives prefer classical. Liberals have a taste for pets that are mixed breed. Conservatives lean toward purebreds. Et cetera. What do you all think?
