Shopping-therapy or necessity?

I love to go shopping. Even if I don't buy too many things, it does relax me. For me shopping is definitely a therapy. I like to check all shops before I buy something. I can spend all day in a shopping centre.

Shopping for me is a necessity, not an enjoyment at all.
