Mustard is an exclamation point item??

Alright. I was walking around the grocery store today and came upon someone's discarded grocery list. Mustard was among the items listed and it had an exclamation point.
Now, I can understand prioritizing and thus underlining say, toilet tissue or deodorant. Perhaps milk, bread and/or orange juice deserve said exclamation.
But I saw "mustard!". Lol.
It just struck me funny.
What do you folks think?

Someone probably really needed mustard and might have forgotten to buy some before.

Well, if I were planning a big hot dog cook out, mustard might be a priority on my grocery list. What's a hot dog without mustard!
