Nanowrimo is stressing me out. I have a few office supplies I need and a laptop charger that I can't get till November anyway.
I pulled out my old writers guide from college i don't know if I'll use it or not, but best have it on hand.
Are you participating in Nanowrimo? What are your must have tools?

It is going to be tough. I may not win, but I get closer to finishing than I am now. Haha

@dismalgrin I wish you luck. It sounds like a win-win kind of thing.

Not me. I have no interest in pressure, and doing something a lot of other people are doing. If I’m going to write it’s going to be in my terms, and no one else’s.

Please don't let NaNoWriMo stress you out. It's supposed to be a fun challenge. You don't need a lot of tools to participate. All I start with is my laptop with my Scrivener app and an idea of where I want my story to go. This year, I've done a minimum of prep. I've named a couple characters, given them a little background, and I know they're going to start out on Buzby Beach. Starting 11/1, they will take me where they want me to go.
Most of all, remember: The first draft doesn't have to be right, it just has to get written.
