When we started our job we can earn average earnings per day and we are happy about it, but after year past we start looking for something higher. When we get that something higher, we're going to ask for more! Well maybe because if you have money, your responsibility increases too! Until one day we're going to realize that it's not enough.

It's just human nature to want more and not to be satisfied with what one has.

I don't know, maybe not all. There are those that they are contented of what they have. It's a human nature to crave for more. Especially nowadays, all commodities has price increase, but the salaries remain with our salary grades.

Yes, maybe not all. In our country there are people doesn't have money and they blame our Government for being not wealthy, our Government helped them and gave houses for free, but look what they're doing!? They're happy at first but after a few months, they're going to start asking for more. One of this is to give them a Job! Some people having a hard time to apply to different jobs, but this type of people are just waiting for a Government help. Some people were helped by our Government like free houses, but they're selling it and start living to the road again.

@tech40 yes, I too can observe that, we are from the same country. Just observe the people who are recipients of 4Ps, they are given monthly allowance for their students but what they are doing is they use their atm as collateral to be able to loan. Aside from that, they became dependent on what can the government can offer to them. Although not all members are like this still, it's so frustrating seeing them like that. Wanting for more but not doing their part to rise from poverty.

@kepweng no, they are not, they are abusing what the government is offering them. Because I can see that not all parents are strict with their children in going to school. One of the aim of the program is to alleviate poor families from poverty thru education. They are given allowance for their students and one of the conditions is to maintain a perfect attendance in school and not all recipients follow that.

i guess it is because the prices of the good get higher every year too , so of course the value of our current salary would get lower

We need money for obvious reasons but money is also use to measure our success in life and (wrongly) our self-worth.

That is correct, everything goes up. fuel, foods, water, electricity and etc. If you're going to maintain your current earnings then there are high chances that you'll not survive in the future.

That is true, more money means more expenses. It is funny that you started from a minimum or small amount of salary and you can budget everything from that with out a problem. And then, when you started getting higher pay you start having a hard time budgeting everything.

I can relate to it, If we have money on our hand usually we buy something to make ourselves happy and content that ends up of having lots of responsibilities that we need maintain. It's too hard to budget especially if you have lots of expenses nowadays

That’s correct. Just like me, I am constantly looking for more ways to earn money online because I have to support my medical needs. Plus, prices of basic needs and commodities tend to increase every year here in our country.

That is correct, they think that if the conversion of USD to PHP will be good everything will be fine, but it seems not, the USD conversion is getting good but the prices of our foods are increasing too. If we'll stay on our earnings then there's a high chances that we're not going to survive our daily live

You work for a wealthy boss because they will be very comfortable about money and you will not need to ask for more.
