Liking, responses and comments of other members is routine work at discussion sites. Some sites give some points of liking. Some site have system that members can continue with sites only if they are getting likes or reputation points. Writing comments is in our hand for likes we are depends on other members. I think it moral duty of members to likes comments and responses of fellow members. What is yours opinion?

@anil02 I never knew about pressing on likes for a long time but then someone asked why I did not do so then started. I like to go into posts or discussions that interest me and like and comment.

I would not use the term "moral duty".which implies some kind of obligatory action. It's more of a voluntary response from other members if they want to interact with you.

I press like when I like a comment. I use it genuinely. I don't like each and every comment or discussion. We have option but not compulsion to do so.

@arunima25 Agree, if the comments of other members of some what rubbish one than we never like it. If it is about topic than if possible we like it. Indeed liking comments is courtesy for me.

@Nickzter1331 On some sites getting reputation points is condition to continue with sites, if other members don't thumbs up than how we can stay on these.

I hit the like button only if I like the discussion or response. Not just for the sake of liking it.
