@MommyOfEli2013 Yeah and it really depends on what is going on but usually just two and I never eat late, never past 5-6pm.

@CarolDM Well that sounds like a good meal plan....especially not eating past 6. I am lucky if I finish eating by 9 PM

Two meals a day is good...I usually end up eating 3 and that's too much for me.

Here is a little bit about it for you:Gefilte fish (/g?'f?lt? f??/; from Yiddish: ???????? ?????, "stuffed fish") is a dish made from a poached mixture of ground deboned fish, such as carp, whitefish, or pike. It is traditionally served as an appetizer by Ashkenazi Jewish households. The question marks must be something in Hebrew. Hebrew does not come through here. The Ashkenazi Jews come from Europe and also my family is from Russia and I was born Ashkenazi and there are Jewis that come from Arab coutries that eat different food and are called Sephardim.

That's great, they aren't too hard to make. Never thought of using tomato sauce.
