Hello everyone. The Lion's Club International - Philippines will be holding an event to promote diabetes awareness. They will hold in on November 14 early in the morning. They are trying to disseminate information about diabetes. There will be a lot of activities there like zumba, some talks and booths. It think this is a good way to reach out to people especially the underprivileged also. They usually hold a lot of medical mission and other environmental awareness activities. I am just sad that I cannot attend this since it is a Wednesday and it is quite far from me. My sister is an officer of the Lion's Club and I try to support all their activities as much as I can. Do you participate in this kind of activities?

With so many Filipunos suffering diabetis, this is such a nice activity for the awareness and fight against this disease. We need to be vigilant because it will come to us unknowingly. Well, its hard to evade diabetes because we are born naturally sweet

No, I don't, but I'm well aware. It's wonderful for those who need the education.

this is awesome! I love activities like this, medical mission. I also love sharing my little knowledge to the topic they're going to discuss. I am a nurse by heart but not by profession
