Exercising

What type of exercise do you like or what works best for you. How long do you work out? I love walking but I've been doing aerobics lately. I like doing squats and now I've been lifting small weights. I want to work my whole body because I want to look extra sexy in my clothes, but seriously I want to live a long life and feel really good and healthy. As I said before I'm on a fit journey and giving up is not an option.

I do some walking almost everyday. I carry my groceries in bags and on my back. I also have a rebounder amd jump on it with and without weights which are 8 lbs each. I do some swimming once a week,do some push ups and a little of this and a little of that.

The only exercise I do on a fairly consistent basis is walking.

My son played football in High School and I used to hate it because of the injuries. You do in home workouts thats great. I do the same especially when I don't feel like going to the gym.

I use to work out just about everyday. But since I've had 2 torn quads on both legs so i've been limited on what I can do. I have no climbing power with my right leg. So now I have to look for what works. I am diabetic and have hypothyroidism. I get dizzy if I over exert myself. So now i just have to find out what works.

I do a little walking and since we have no elevator I walk up and down our stairs sometimes lots of times during the day. I also do my shoulder exercise and do other exercises.

I'll do alot of push-ups and sit-ups. Push-ups for my pex and sit-ups for my abdomen. Stay healthy!
