I have been trying to get back on my routine of walking at least a few days a week. Maybe build up to every day if possible. Walking used to be so therapeutic as it would clear my mind. And of course good exercise. I will start out with a short walk and build up. That seems to work better for me than diving in and then overdoing it.
Plans today? It is a beautiful day here. Cool this morning but the sun is shining bright. And the birds are at my bird feeder. Love the blue jays. Have a wonderful day everyone.
Sharing a sunset with you from my deck.

awww Narnia's sun. Anyway me too, I will start walking again every afternoon (I have to work in the morning).
Good luck to us and yes you know walking is the best. I always find coins on the street. Now here on the shore I found "a lot of fish jump out from water" soooo amazing. My iPad didn't capture anything. tsk

Done for the day. About to sleep. Just one more comment and I am off to bed.
Start with walking as your exercise!

That is how I built myself up, one lap at a time.
I agree it helps clear my mind too.
