What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm making the turkey-ricotta meatballs from Julia Turshen's Small Victories cookbook. Kind of similar to her confetti meatloaf that I made the other night but I still have ground turkey and ricotta to use up so I figured I'd go for it. I'm going to serve them over linguine.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
Senior producer Robyn Doyon-Aitken personally vouches for these tasty meatballs. She and her young son made them together one Sunday for dinner. He loved crushing the tomatoes with his hands and the herby, fragrant meatballs were a hit.

That sounds very interesting for dinner...hope you enjoy!
I'll probably have pizza tonight...I need to get back to my low carb diet, but not tonight.

Egg noodles and broccoli will be on the table. You loved it, right? To make it better I am going to mash up some garbanzo beans and spice them and thicken them with wheat germ and fry them in a little olive oil. (Garbanzo bean fritters.) Maybe a little tomato sauce. Should be tasty if I add enough garlic powder and onion. We have some hard little store ginger cookies, too.

Last night's dinner was fried chicken with steamed veggies and rice.

I think some beef from the freezer, side of corn and a potato.
