Has your gift shopping behaviour changed?

I am struggling with my sales online, be it stock photos, t-shirts or general gift ideas. And it seems it is not something that is only affecting me. Most sellers are feeling the bump... We seem to earn less and less every year. So I wonder, did the customer behaviour change? Do you buy less online and more offline? Or are there more copycats on Alibaba and such to steal our paying customers? Maybe to many sellers sharing the same cake...? Aww, if we only knew...
