I guess everyone has something in mind when asked about the best food they've had. As for me, it was when I was in the Philippines, it's called Lechon. Imagine a whole pig stuffed with flavors and impaled with bamboo to roast. I was so surpirsed on how tasty it was! Without a doubt, best food i've had so far! What's yours?

Oh thank you for liking our lechon... the crunchness and the taste that really give us the satisfaction.
I hope you also try lechon baka or roasted pig... I tell you its more delicious.

Just like pig roasted as a whole, baka or cow is roasted as a whole. It got a distinctive taste.

Years ago I was a passenger on cruise ships. And in their restaurants, they served some rather fancy foods, which I enjoyed.

@kayeevana it was so cold and windy too, so hot instant noodle was the best part of it

The word "impaled" kind of made me a little sick feeling.

lechon is best when the skin of the pig is crunchy. otherwise, the meat can also be made into another dish.

Please locate an African restaurant in your area and ask for this Nigerian food: Amala, Ewedu and Gbegiri. Thanks me later.
