Question about the Admin

Someone who was banned yesterday asked a question that how can she contact the admin after getting banned but i don't think an answer was given. I will really like to know who the admin is/are incase I need to contact them for questions or clarifications.

@septabchips nope. I don't think you can. So you may need to send a message on their behalf.

Am really sorry for bothering you. I just need to know. Does it mean that if an account is banned, the owner would have to wait for the admin to reopen it since the person is not advised to open register a new account?
