If your having some hard time, worrying and thinking about negative thoughts, please take some time to read this. I've suffered depression and was clinically diagnosed. All they've advice me was to take the prescription, I find it not that effective. I'm not saying that it's generally not effective, I didn't find it not working for me.
So my advice is go organic, drink lemonade or cleanse yourself for a span of one week. Sing a song or play a guitar when you're hit by the blues. Listen to classical music or instrumental music. Communicate more often. Go for a walk or you might try cycling so your mind will be more focused to the view and not your problems.
I can't say that it's going to be effective for you. I'm saying that my symptoms alleviated after trying that things above. Just hang in there! Things far more great to happen in the near future.

The first thing is to accept it that you or your loved ones are suffering from it and then seek help or provide help. Acceptance is the major challenge and a big block.

I agree, one thing to beat depression is not to think about depression itself. Thanks for the tip. :)

Hey Morris. Sorry I can't respond to your comment, my browser went on haywire because of slow internet. It depends on what music are you patronizing, I could suggest upbeat music if you can't stand on music that depresses you. You need to be more open, even if you don't find them trustworthy, just talk with them, maybe they will change afterwards talking to them, we can't simply read each other's mind but there still a good side within us don't let the monster in you take it from you. You are not screwed you just don't know how to bend.

I think that you’re on your way to recovery from whatever you’re battling with right now. I think you just need to find your groove and find where you find calmness in yourself. There are many ways indeed and you should not feel trapped in your situation because it’s only you who thinks about it and in reality you are free to think positive rather than the negative feelings you have.
