Walking

I am going down to try and see if I can walk for a while today.
I hope I can, I need it badly.
It is so disappointing when I have those days where my "shortness of breath" interferes too much with whatever I do.
So, if I can walk a bit today, it would make me very, very happy.
Will let you know later.
Enjoy your Sunday.

@marlina Just keep going a little more each time if you can. Even one step is a build up.

@hillhjill ,Thanks, I used to walk so much and not like a snail either. I even did some jogging in my younger days.

@marlina I'm glad that you got some time in, and I'm sorry that you get short of breath so you can't go as far as you would like.

I hope that you're able to get out for a bit today.
Watch the sky, they are forecasting rain here, so I don't know if you'll be getting any or not.
It cleared here earlier, but its overcast again.
I managed a very short 2 km walk just now.
Its so cold and damp, I just couldn't do any more.

Almost two weeks of coughing, I'm starting to feel more like normal. I've walked quite a bit the last few days with my house guests.
Tuesday will involve a fair amount of sitting, but hopefully I can still get out and walk, and that the weather will cooperate.

The more you walk, the easier it becomes.

It's good that you're starting with it. It will definitely help. Go slow and start with short duration. You will be able to do it.

@marlina just listen to your body and do this at your comfort. That is the best you can do.

I feel for you I have asthma myself so I truly know what it is like to be short on breath there are days when just going up a flight of stairs is to much..but much study on my condition and exercise even on those bad days make the bad days fewer

@Upallnite Must be hard for you to be outdoor when the weather is so humid and hot.
