I haven't posted anything with a picture today, so I don't know anything about that.
You've got an easy to pronounce last name.
My maiden name was easy to pronounce it looked the way it was spelt, but my married last name is 10 letters long and doesn't look easy to pronounce. But it is.
Nobody calls me by my last name, so its all good.

@playertwo from what I hear it's not really a big brand no more, but it's still out there.

lol. But no relation to the business behind the dog food, hey? I know. My wife and I had the same dilemma. I am Bauer, she was Weber. She thought she was marrying into the Eddie Bauer fortune and I thought I was marrying into the Weber grill fortune. We didn't even get a fortune COOKIE at our wedding and neither of us are related to either fortune.

I have two last names. My name consists of my own name (my old name) and my husband's name. My husband's name is extremely common in Denmark, but my own name is pretty unusual. My old name comes from a small island. My paternal grandparents were born there, and the name comes from a really small village on that island.

My married last name is good.I learned from my husband, "Guyer" is German and before some of them immigrated to America , it was spelled "Geyer" in Germany.

Well, my married last name seems to be pretty common. My maiden name though, I rarely hear. I like both though :-)

Rossi sounds like an Italian last name. Is it? My family name is Lapiz and apparently in Spanish it means pencil.
Growing up it has been a cause for my classmates to ridicule or bully me and I hated it. But now I’m pretty proud of it.

I am okay with my pretty common last name. I just heard that Michael Higgins was re-elected as the President of Ireland, could be a very distant relative, I suppose.

@amadeo There were a bunch of us in Texas and when I moved to Oregon I found more than one family. Now there is a guy named Higgins who works at Trader Joe's that is from the Boston area.

My maiden name is Kovadlo. I used to think it was rare but then found out it is not. My married name is Udler. It is not rare either. I wanted to keep my last name when I got married. My husband didn't allow that. He told me I could either take his last name or hyphenate mine. At first I was gonna hyphenate mine but then decided Kovadlo-Udler would be too long and chose to use his. Also chose his for another reason. Now I regret it. I should have hyphenated or stood my ground and just kept mine.

@amadeo I thought brand new name, brand new start...things will change and get better... I was a fool to think that. Changing a name doesn't change your life. You change your life.

My last name is absolutely not rare, but I don't hate it. I used to because I used to despise my father. But now I just laugh because with it, my initials almost spell a curse word and I love that
